Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS) is Arizona's Medicaid program for long-term care - covers nursing home care and home/community-based services for qualifying elderly and disabled Arizonans; apply through DES at (888) 621-6880.
Property tax relief for seniors: Senior Valuation Protection Program (Prop 104) - homeowners 65+ meeting income limits may freeze the Limited Property Value of their primary residence; apply at County Assessor by September 1.
