County-specific variations apply
Hawaii's 4 county Offices on Aging serve as the local AAAs. Oahu (Honolulu) has the most extensive senior services network; neighbor islands have more limited but dedicated services. Geographic isolation of neighbor islands can create service delivery challenges - most services require travel to county centers. Contact your island's Office on Aging for local program availability.
