NO VOTER REGISTRATION - simply show up to vote; most voter-friendly registration system in the nation by definition (there is none).
PHOTO ID REQUIRED: Must show ID with name, residential address, and birth date at polling place.
NO-EXCUSE ABSENTEE: any qualified elector may vote absentee.
FELONY VOTING RIGHTS: voting rights restored IMMEDIATELY upon release from incarceration; parole and probation do NOT restrict voting rights in North Dakota; simply show up to vote after release.
